You’re Booked! I Look Forward to Working With You!

Thank you for reserving your Strategy Session. Your appointment details and Zoom link are on the way to your inbox.

To make sure we use our time well, please complete your pre-work questionnaire before we meet. The questions are simple but important. They help me understand what’s going on in your business so I can prepare a focused audit and identify where we’ll make the most impact.

Here’s What Happens Next:

Check your email
You’ll receive a confirmation message with your Zoom link, session details, and the pre-work questionnaire.

Complete your pre-work
Please finish the questionnaire at least 3 business days before our session so I have time to prepare.

Add the session to your calendar
Your booking tool should automatically place it there, but double-check to be sure.

Come ready to talk about what’s working, what’s not, and where you want clarity. I’ll guide you through the rest!

Rescheduling Policy

Life happens. You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice. Because I reserve this time for you and prepare in advance, sessions are non-refundable.

How to Prepare for Your Strategy Session

You don’t need to do a lot of extra work to get ready—this session is designed to reduce overwhelm, not add to it. A little preparation does help us make the most of our time together, though.

Here are a few simple ways to prepare:

1. Complete your pre-work questionnaire

This is the most important step. Your answers help me understand your goals, challenges, and priorities so I can come prepared with a focused lens.

2. Gather a few key links

Have these handy (no need to overthink it):

  • Your website
  • Any main sales or services pages
  • Your primary social media account(s)
  • Any landing page, opt-in, or offer you’d like feedback on

3. Choose a quiet, focused space

Try to join the call from a place where you can:

  • speak openly
  • take notes
  • stay present without major interruptions
  • Headphones are helpful but not required.

4. Bring your questions and decisions

Think about:

  • Where are you feeling most stuck or unsure?
  • What decisions have you been putting off?
  • What would make this session feel “really worth it” for you?

You don’t have to arrive with everything sorted out—that’s what our time together is for. These prompts just give us a head start.

5. Give yourself a few minutes before and after

  • If you can, avoid scheduling something back-to-back:
  • A few minutes before to catch your breath and settle in
  • A few minutes after to review your notes or write down anything that stands out

(I’ll send this list to you when we get closer to your session).
