Your pre-work helps me prepare for our session so we can use our time well.
Do I need to prepare anything before the session?
Just complete your pre-work questionnaire at least 3 days before the session.
You’re welcome to gather any links (website, social media, landing pages) you’d like me to review.
You don’t need to arrive with everything figured out — that’s what our time together is for.
What’s included in the action plan?
Your action plan includes:
- Clear priorities for the next 30–60 days (Reset) or 90 days (Intensive)
- Specific recommendations based on your goals and capacity
- Messaging notes and focus areas
- A simple, strategic checklist you can implement immediately
Every plan is tailored to your business.
Can I upgrade from a Reset to an Intensive?
Yes.
If you book a Strategy Intensive within 7 days of your Reset, you’ll receive a $200 credit toward the Intensive. Many clients start with a Reset and choose to continue with deeper strategy work afterward.
What is your rescheduling and refund policy?
Because I reserve this time specifically for you and prepare in advance, all sessions are non-refundable.
You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice.
If something urgent comes up, just email me — we’ll make reasonable accommodations within that policy.
Will you review my website or marketing before the session?
Yes — but the level of review depends on the session you choose.
The Strategy Reset includes a light, focused audit.
The Strategy Intensive includes a deeper review of your website, messaging, offers, and priorities.
Your pre-work prompts help me know what to look for.
Can we cover multiple topics in one session?
Absolutely.
Most clients bring 2–3 priorities, and we use your pre-work to identify where our time will make the biggest impact. These sessions are flexible and fully customized to your needs.
I’m not ready for a full marketing overhaul — will this still help me?
Yes.
These sessions are designed to clarify your next steps, not overwhelm you with more work. You’ll leave with a simple, doable plan that supports your goals and your capacity.
What if I have questions after the session?
Every session includes post-session email support:

- 2 weeks + follow-up milestones for the Strategy Intensive
