Payment Details:
- Full payment is required at booking to secure your VIP Day.
- A 50/50 split payment option is available upon request (50% deposit at booking, final payment due 7 days before the session).
- Due to the nature of this service, all payments are non-refundable, but if needed, your session may be rescheduled once with at least 10 days’ notice.
Spots Are Extremely Limited – To give each client the attention they deserve, I only offer one or two VIP days per month.

Who is this for?

What if I don’t know exactly what I need?
That’s okay! The pre-session homework and business audit will help identify the biggest opportunities in your business. Together, we’ll narrow down your focus areas so you get the most out of the VIP day.
How do I know if this is the right investment for me?
If you’ve been feeling stuck, second-guessing your decisions, or spinning your wheels without progress, this is a high-impact way to break through the uncertainty. Instead of spending months trying to figure things out on your own, you’ll leave with a clear roadmap and structured action plan.
What happens after I apply?
Once you submit your application, I’ll review it to make sure this is the right fit. If approved, you’ll receive an email with next steps, including payment details and pre-session prep work.
What is the time commitment?
Before we meet for our session, we will provide you with detailed homework so we are ready to work on the day of our session. Please plan to spend an hour or two on this prep work. The VIP Day itself runs from 8 AM – 3 PM ET on Zoom, with a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks. Afterward, you’ll receive 2 weeks of email support and three follow-up calls (at 30, 60, and 90 days) to ensure you stay on track. Depending on your action plan items, you may have items that need to be completed during the 3 months after the Clarity VIP Day to meet your goals.
What if I need to reschedule?
I understand that things come up. You can reschedule your VIP Day once with at least 10 days’ notice. Your session must be rescheduled within 90 days of the original date. We will work with you to get your session rescheduled as soon as possible!
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the high-touch nature of this service and the preparation involved, all payments are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, your payment can be applied as a credit toward a future VIP Day within 6 months.
How is this different from regular business coaching?
This isn’t a long-term coaching program—it’s a deep-dive, high-impact day focused on strategic problem-solving and execution. You’ll walk away with an actionable plan and ongoing support for the next 90 days to ensure implementation. Where possible, we will start working on the action items in your plan, so you have immediate results!
What if I have questions after the VIP Day?
That’s exactly why I include post-VIP support! You’ll get 2 weeks of email access and three follow-up calls (at 30, 60, and 90 days) to help you stay accountable and adjust your strategy as needed.
